For Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken we created this stop motion film explaining the term Immobilien (property).
For the second time we teamed up with production company Plexus Productions (London) and ad agency Heimat (Berlin). This time they asked us to create a stop motion animation with a pop-up book to illustrate their story.
Immobilien
We spent a lot of time designing the different scenes in the book. Most of the elements in the book actually work as a real pop-up book. But we also added paper elements that could only move in stop motion.
We cut a 3 dimensional house, sheet by sheet, from a stack of paper. We created tiny paper cars for a stop motion animated time lapse to express the various life phases of a family through many years. And we made a scaled pop-up book, popping up from the actual pop-up book.
