We were asked by FIFA to create a series of animations for their global ad campaign for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
FIFA Elements
We were hired as an animation specialist to film 3 commercials highlighting FIFA’s commitment to global football development and to raise awareness in the fight against discrimination and match manipulation.
The animated TV campaign, called Elements, features 30-second and 15-second spots and were shown to audiences across the world during the FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

“We believe that football should always be played on a level playing field.”
Working together with other national football organisations, FIFA fights against match fixing and to limit the chance of manipulation in the game as much as possible.
In this film we follow a football on its way to the goal, however it runs into unfair challenges that prevent it from making it, and only the weight of FIFA and its allies bring back the balance and fair play scores.

“Football can inspire young people to grow, both on and off the pitch.”
By creating football courts and safe spaces for the youth of poorer communities and nations to play football, FIFA gives them an opportunity to be apart of a team, receive an education and keep them away from crime.
In this film we highlight FIFA’s commitment to global football development by showing what the seeds that they plant create.

In this film, using various attributes football fans use to support their teams, we show characters from all kinds of ages, races and backgrounds passing and sharing a football with each other, showing how no matter who they are or which team they support, we can all play together.
FIFA requested this ad to raise awareness in the fight against discrimination.
